What is RapMart?
RapMart (aka Rap Mart) is an online superstore dedicated to Rap/Hip-Hop. Rap Mart is where Rap/Hip-Hop products lives. Where is RapMart located?
RapMart has a warehouse and is located in Atlanta, GA in the United States. We don't have an official store yet. The first RapMart store will open in Atlanta soon, stay tuned.

How does RapMart work?
On our website RapMart.com, you can find something you like, add it to your cart, then check out. You can place your order online anytime, 24/7! Once your order has been confirmed and received, you will receive a confirmation email from us, then we will work hard on getting your item(s) to you as quickly as possible.
Is everything on RapMart officially licensed?
Yes! All of our products are 100% authentic and officially licensed. By shopping on RapMart, you’re supporting the brands, makers, artists, authors, creators, etc. that we carry and love get paid.
Do you have a physical store location?
Not yet! We only sell on the internet right now but we are planning on opening our first store in Atlanta, Georgia.
Do you do pop ups?
Yes! Our first pop up will be in 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia. Sign up for our newsletter to be informed.
Do you gift wrap?
Sorry, but at the moment we do not! If we receive enough requests for gift wrapping then we will probably add that option to our store in the future.
Do you provide a tracking number?
All orders shipped from RapMart.com include tracking numbers. After your order is shipped, our system sends you an email with a tracking number and more details about your order. You can also log into your account and view the status and get tracking numbers for your orders.
I am having sign up or login issues?
If you are having issues signing up, try refreshing the page or a different browser. If you are having troubles signing in, you can reset your password at any time by clicking the forgot my password link. You can also contact us or send us an e-mail and we would be happy to help you.
How can I check the status of my order?
Log into your RapMart.com account and view your orders in your account area. Your order status will appear in this section along with tracking information.
Where can I buy Rap & Hip-Hop merch or gifts?
You can buy Rap & Hip-Hop merch, books, games, gifts, etc., as well as other products, from RapMart.com.
Are your prices in USD $?
Yes! By default, all of our prices and transactions are in the United States Dollar. If you are shopping internationally then you can use the currency switch on our website menu to change to your desired currency.
Can I get a discount code?
We sometimes have sales, promotions, and special offers on holidays and events. Make sure you are signed up for our newsletter to not miss out on these.
Will you sponsor my event, tour, etc.?

What brand are the T-Shirts you carry printed on?
RapMart is a retailer, not a manufacturer, which means we do not actually print any of the T-shirts we’re selling. What we do is buy all our merchandise wholesale directly from the supplier, brand, designer, artist, etc. Because of these factors, we do not specify what brands are used. We CAN, however, let you know exactly what blank, material, etc. a design is printed on, as long as we have it in-stock. Just reach out to us via our contact page or email store@rapmart.com.
How can I order custom T-Shirts?
Unfortunately, RapMart does not offer any custom order option for your own designs! RapMart is a retailer not a manufacturer, sorry.

When will an item be back in stock?
Once we begin running low on an item, we immediately begin the re-ordering/re-stocking process. Sometimes an item will be sold out before we receive the restock, but trust it’s coming, keep checking our website. If an item description includes “OUT OF PRODUCTION” or “OUT OF PRINT” then it will remain sold out forever. We keep these products up for our archives though they can’t be purchased. However, if you want to order an item that’s currently out-of-stock and the item description doesn’t include “OUT OF PRODUCTION” or “OUT OF PRINT”, you can do so by placing your order with our customer service department. We will try to get your backordered item in as quickly as possible and will update you periodically via email during the process.
My order/item says backorder, what does that mean?
Sometimes an item for sale will not physically be at our fulfillment center yet or the item is in such high demand that our stock have yet to be replenished. You may order a backordered item to reserve it, but it won’t be shipped to you until it’s back in stock. The expected ship date on some items will be listed in the item description.
Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change and we will email you with any updates.
